Q: When will my order ship? - We typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your plants are on the way. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Q: What if my plant arrives damaged or DOA? - If your plant arrives in poor condition, please email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy for next steps.
Q: Do you ship outside Hawaii? - Yes! We ship plants throughout the U.S. mainland (with the required agricultural inspections). See our Shipping Policy for more info.
